MEGOGO Subscriptions by Phone Number

This guide is for developers of mobile operators and other partners that sell MEGOGO subscriptions to their users. It shows how to activate, renew and stop a MEGOGO subscription when you know the phone number of the user.

How it works

  1. The user buys a MEGOGO subscription from you, for example as an option of the mobile tariff.
  2. Your server sends a request to MEGOGO with the phone number of the user and the service ID of the subscription.
  3. MEGOGO activates the subscription. If MEGOGO has no user with this phone number, MEGOGO creates the user.
  4. You tell the user how to sign in. The user signs in to a MEGOGO application with the phone number and a one-time code.
  5. The user watches MEGOGO on any device: Smart TV, mobile, web.

You bill the user. MEGOGO does not charge the user and does not send messages to the user about your subscription.
